Question Drag link spring?

Hello everyone!
I own a Piper Seneca I and that right there is the drag links for the landing gear. It has what seems like a pulley and a tension spring/ seat spring on it as a lock down mechanism. I can’t seem to find a part number for it.. any help is appreciated! Blue skies!
