Sorry, not sure about that. From the picture on the Sky Geek website it looks like it is the whole wick that screws onto the airframe. Might want to give them a call and ask.
    Good luck.

Thanks for reply. Do you know if wick is attached permanently to the frame attachment? Need a wick that will screw into adapter.

The Piper part number for my PA28R-201T is SW -10-96. Available from Sky Geek at $34.85. Hope this helps…

I’ve worked with a guy named Keith in Phoenix AZ and he has not let me down yet. As a matter of fact, I’m going up there this Saturday to pick up a nose landing gear. He salvages old aircraft and you never know what he has up his sleeve. His number is 602-468-1500.

I did a (short) search for the Piper part number for static wicks for your Arrow, and came up with some part numbers but wasn’t able to find a source under those part numbers. (one was 456-787, another 456-907).
A variety of static wicks are available from http://www.AircraftSpruce.com, but I did not find any that cross reference to the Piper part numbers.
I’ve been trying to find whether Piper issued a service kit for the installation of static wicks on an Arrow, but so far have not had any luck.
I also looked at the Arrow parts books I have but did not see any illustration that showed static wick installation.
The static wick I found in the Aircraft Spruce catalog that looks most like the wicks I’m familiar with is part number 11-04154. It is the wick specified by other airframe manufacturers.
The ESD-1 wick is a less expensive wick (Spruce part number is 11-10574) but it’s listed as non certified.
    Sorry I can’t help further.
    I’ll keep searching.
